Dr. M. Areshkumar
Dr. M. Areshkumar is a distinguished veterinarian with deep expertise in Avian & Exotic Medicine, small-animal clinical care, cardiology, dermatology, critical care, and diagnostic imaging. He holds an M.V.Sc. in Veterinary Medicine, a B.V.Sc & A.H, postgraduate diplomas in Orthopedics and Animal Welfare, and an M.Sc. in Psychology-a rare blend of academic and clinical qualifications that strengthens both his medical and behavioural insight.
With over a decade of experience across leading veterinary hospitals, research centres, and biotech institutions, Dr. Areshkumar has contributed significantly to veterinary science through 20+ peer-reviewed research publications and two authored books:

He is the Founder President of SEAVET and an active member of the Association of Avian Veterinarians (AAV), USA, along with memberships in several national veterinary bodies. His work has earned him multiple awards, including the Popular Article Award, Best Volunteer Award (SciTSA), and a Best Poster Award at the Indian Society for Veterinary Medicine Convention.
A passionate clinician, researcher, and educator, Dr. Areshkumar is committed to advancing veterinary care for domestic pets, exotic species, and avian patients, while continually contributing to scientific knowledge and animal welfare.
